The 1.54‑inch OLED display features 128×64 resolution and is built with the SSD1309/SSD1116 driver IC. OLED self‑emissive technology eliminates the need for a backlight, delivering 10,000:1 ultra‑high contrast, wide viewing angles (>160°), and extremely low power consumption.

Supporting 6800/8080 parallel, 4‑wire SPI, and I2C interfaces, this module is compatible with 3.3V ~ 5V systems (onboard voltage translator). With an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, it is ideal for wearables, medical devices, smart home applications, and industrial controls.
